Q1: What metal substrates can it be sprayed on?
A: Applicable to steel, iron sheets, aluminum alloy, galvanized panels, suitable for passenger cars, sports cars, SUVs, motorcycles and engineering vehicles. Spray 2K epoxy primer in advance to improve adhesion and anti-rust property.
Q2: Standard spraying construction process?
A: 1. Polish and clean the metal surface, spray epoxy primer and sand smooth after drying;
2. Mix Orange Red Pearl with dedicated 1K base binder according to factory ratio, dilute with special thinner;
3. Spray 2–3 medium wet coats, flash off 5–8 minutes between layers;
4. Fully flash the base coat then spray two layers of 2K clear coat for gloss and protection.
Recommended spray pressure: 2.0–2.5 bar, gun distance: 15–20cm.
Q3: Is it weather resistant and anti-fade?
A: Yes. High-purity acrylic resin + stable composite pearl pigment formula, powerful UV shielding performance. Long-term outdoor use will not lose pearl glitter, fade or turn yellow, suitable for tropical high-sunlight regions.
