How should car paints be stored in a warehouse?
How should vehicle paints be stored in a warehouse?
As is common knowledge, automotive paints are unique and chemical items.
The majority of paints used are organic solvents, which must be sealed and kept since they are flammable, volatile, and to some extent hazardous.
To keep it healthy, it needs a constant temperature and a secure environment.

1. Thermostat
The majority of paints are oil-, acrylic-, and latex-based, and the ideal temperature for each is between 15 and 18 Celsius, or 60 and 80
degrees Fahrenheit.
Additionally, please maintain them between 59.0 degrees Fahrenheit and 77.01 degrees Celsius.
Avoid being exposed to the sun and temperatures that do not surpass 35 degrees Celsius.
Too hot or too cold will disturb the paint's molecular structure.
2. Security
Please maintain a clean warehouse.
Keep them away from explosive and flammable materials.
Keep them away from the fire, please.
3. Moisture
Please don't exceed 75% relative humidity.
Keep water away from the car paint.
4. Notice and extinguishers for fires
Post some notes on the wall, please.
NO FIRE AND NO SMOKING.
Fire extinguishers have to be placed close to the automobile paintwork.
5. How to maintain used car paint
We occasionally have some used vehicle paints available.
And they must be utilized for the subsequent work.
We suggest using the paints within a month.
We must also keep them in some other way.
Please place them in glass bottles, close the lid, and turn the bottle upside down.
Place the bottle back on the stand two days later.
