In the process of preparing automobile paint, MK-1000X special hardener for automotive paint is frequently employed as a drying aid. The major component of MK-1000X  hardener is aliphatic isocyanate. Paint coatings benefit from the following properties when aliphatic polyisocyanates are used: gloss retention, non-yellowing, chemical resistance, aesthetics, abrasion resistance, durability, and impact resistance. Typically, our hardener is used with 2K paint and 2K primer. The prepared paint will harden if the hardener and 2K paint are not well mixed and used within an hour of preparation.

Thinner is equivalent to 2:1:0.3-0.5 in terms of clear coat/K paint hardener/activator/catalyst/curing chemicals.

Furthermore, the mixing ratio might result in a 3:1, 4:1, or 5:1 ratio.
