3. Spraying operation: Use a professional spray gun, adjust the appropriate air pressure and the spray gun distance of 15-20 cm, and spray evenly. It is recommended to use the cross-cross method to ensure consistent paint layer thickness and avoid sagging and leaking. Generally, 2-3 layers are required, with an appropriate interval between each layer, and the next layer is sprayed after the previous layer is dry.
4. Drying and curing: Natural drying at a suitable temperature of 15-30℃ and a humidity of 40%-70%, or choose low-temperature baking according to actual conditions, generally not exceeding 60℃ to accelerate curing. During the drying process, the environment must be kept clean to prevent dust adhesion.
