Car paint preparation
- Cleaning and preparation: Make sure the mixing tools and containers are clean and free of impurities.
- Determine the color formula: According to the original color of the vehicle or the required color, refer to the color formula manual or use a computer color matching system to determine the proportion of the required pigment, resin and solvent.
- Weighing and mixing: Use precise weighing tools to accurately weigh the ingredients according to the formula. Then mix them step by step and stir them evenly until a uniform color and consistency is achieved.
Car spray painting
- Surface treatment: Thoroughly clean and polish the surface of the car to remove dirt, rust, old paint and uneven areas. Use sandpaper to polish until smooth and clean dust.
- Masking protection: Use masking paper and tape to protect areas that do not need to be painted, such as windows, tires, lights, etc.
